Does Tech/Ops Sevcon pay a dividend?

While the Company has paid a regular quarterly dividend of $.03 per share in the past, due to the current uncertain economic outlook, the Board of Directors suspended the payment of dividends in the first quarter of fiscal 2009 and will consider whether to resume paying dividends on a quarter by quarter basis.
